Taking into consideration the experience gained in Northern Ireland the representatives of the project made a proposal to establish a Public Servants Code of Ethics at the Department of Labor and Social Protection and to observe its rules. As the participants of the round table discussion commented that many conflicts would be solved if the Code were approved.

The coalition of NGOs discussed the positive and innovative aspects of the method as well as how to adjust it to the local conditions. As a result, the most densely-populated part of the city of Artemivsk was selected; it is mainly populated by elderly people and young families. The members of the project coalition and the volunteers from high school N95 prepared a three-dimension model of the micro-district and the board with pictures depicting this part of the city. The model and the board were placed at the main room of the city executive committee and the local citizens were able to express their thoughts and recommendations on how to improve life in that part of the city. As a result it was discovered that the biggest need of the local citizens was the development of the recreational park for the local citisens.
